We begin by diving deep into your requirements. You provide us with tech packs, CAD designs, material specifications, and target pricing. We analyze the feasibility, suggest design-for-manufacturing (DFM) optimizations, and set clear expectations for lead times and costs.
Factory Matchmaking & Audits
We tap into our vetted network of direct manufacturers across China (Guangzhou, Yiwu, Shenzhen, etc.). We skip the trading companies on Alibaba. Our team conducts background checks and on-site factory audits to verify their production capacity, certifications (ISO, BSCI), and working conditions.
Prototyping & Sampling
Before any mass production begins, we oversee the creation of a "Golden Sample". We handle the back-and-forth communication regarding tooling, molds, or fabric adjustments. We inspect the sample locally and express-ship it to you for final approval. Bulk production only starts when you are 100% satisfied.
Production Monitoring
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid securely, production starts. We don't just wait for the deadline. Our team monitors the manufacturing process at critical milestones (like raw material arrival and mid-production) to prevent delays and correct issues before they scale.
Pre-Shipment Quality Control (QC)
When the order is 80-100% complete, our certified inspectors visit the factory floor. We perform rigorous AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspections, functional testing, and packaging compliance checks. We provide you with a comprehensive photo/video report before you pay the final balance.
Logistics & Customs Clearance
We consolidate your goods, optimize container space (FCL/LCL), and handle the complex export documentation. Whether you need sea freight to Europe, air freight to the US, or direct shipping to Amazon FBA warehouses, we manage the logistics door-to-door, including customs clearance.
