Initial Production Check (IPC)
Conducted right before production begins. We visit the factory to inspect the raw materials and components that will be used in your order. This ensures the factory isn't using substandard materials and clearly understands your specifications from day one, preventing massive delays later.

During Production (DUPRO)
Executed when 20% to 50% of the goods are finished. We step in to identify any deviations from the approved sample early on. Finding a consistent defect at this stage forces the factory to correct their machinery or processes *before* they ruin the remaining 80% of your order.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Our most requested service. When 100% of production is finished and at least 80% is packed, our inspectors select random samples according to AQL standards. We perform rigorous physical tests, check labels, weigh master cartons, and provide a definitive PASS/FAIL rating so you know whether to pay the balance.
